Outdoor Education

Senderos Patagonia is proud to work with institutions from abroad as well as local schools in our region to help build leadership skills, environmental awareness, cultural exchanges and assist in providing an outdoor classroom for inspiration.

Senderos Patagonia can assist universities and other institutions in both logistical support and the implementation of curriculum.

With Mary’s academic knowledge in Environmental and Outdoor Education and Cristian’s instructor experience with the Guide School of Patagonia, the couple has helped the company create opportunities to work in the outdoor education industry.

They have helped create experiential education courses for business programs, back country expeditions for wilderness institutes, and much more. Whether its raft building and a float trip down a Patagonian river or learning about natural horsemanship from pioneers, we can help you create a program to compliment your curriculum.

As a small company in a rural area, we truly try to give back to our community and forge sustainable thinking. One of those ways is providing opportunities for cultural interaction between local students and those from abroad. Whether by helping to implement a volunteer project or provide a day of outdoor activities, we bridge the gap between the institution and locals.

With the region shifting to develop a more sustainable outlook on tourism, the local high school of Cerro Castillo has started focusing their junior and senior years on tourism curriculum. We are thrilled to volunteer in their field expeditions and assist in building this new program, hoping to incorporate more exchanges with similar students from abroad.

Contact Mary and Cristian today about their passion for education and how you can partner with their company to create meaningful experiences for your students.
